Ethical Manufacturing

It is of great importance to Tropicom that the men and women who manufacture products in our company are treated in a fair and respectful way. We use this "Code of Conduct" as a manufacturing principle and also in co-operation with raw material suppliers to ensure that all Tropicom products are manufactured in a fair and responsible manner.

Working Hours & Conditions: Tropicom sets remuneration, which is in compliance with the existing government legislation. Overtime is paid on holidays and any hours in excess of 40hrs per week.

Working conditions are safe and healthy in accordance with existing legislation. Tropicom also provides its workers with a free daily lunch and actively supports a workers cooperative unit. Tropicom only works with suppliers who comply with any existing legislation and regulations regarding the protection of the environment. The Tropicom "Code of Conduct" is intended to create and encourage commitment to responsible manufacturing principles from all our suppliers and ourselves.
